Who runs this site
This site is run by Shaun Martin in Toronto, Ontario. Questions about your information can go to contact@beyondshaunmartin.ca.
The newsletter
If you sign up, your email address is collected and stored by Kit, the service that sends the newsletter. It's only used to send you updates about The Martin Chronicles, and it's never sold. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Comments
If you leave a comment, the name and comment you enter are stored by Cusdis, the service that runs the comments. If you add an email address, it isn't shown publicly and is only used to contact you about your comment. Comments are reviewed before they appear, and approved comments are public.
Emails you send
If you email me, your address and message are only used to reply to you.
Visiting the site
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics, if used, come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites.
Other sites
Links to Wattpad, Tumblr, Discord, Patreon, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Where information is stored
Kit, Cusdis, and Cloudflare may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it's subject to local laws.
